Hours lost to copy and paste
Eco Travel runs river tours on the Douro. Their team was spending hours manually assembling PDF quotes - copying texts, picking photos, formatting layouts. Every change meant starting over.

Edit the spreadsheet, not the layout
Built a tool that reads a simple XLS spreadsheet and generates a complete PDF quote - narratives, photos, pricing - in one step. The operator edits the spreadsheet, not the layout.
XLS parser extracts tour data, dates, and pricing
AI-generated day narratives (GPT-4o-mini), with offline fallback
Automated photo selection per tour zone
Cloudflare Worker for serverless PDF rendering
n8n pipeline for future integrations

From hours to seconds
Quotes that used to take hours now generate in seconds. The team keeps control of content - text and photos remain editable before export - while the layout stays consistent.
